4/2/2025: Ankeny sanitation trash and recycling will begin neighborhood wide on July 2, 2025. Please make sure all current sanitation agreements have been discontinued/settled at this time. 

4/2/2025: Monthly HOA Dues of $75.00 will begin July 1, 2025. 

4/2/2025: There will be a special assessment to pay for road repairs ranging from $4500-$6500 per land owner. 

6/22/205: HOA Dues will begin July 1, 2025, and be paid via the PayHOA website. You should have received an email with the signup and payment information. Estimation on the start of road repairs is tentatively set for mid August. Once the final estimate is received, the special assessment will be assessed via PayHOA.
